- As Global Head of HR you will play a key role on the global Exec Leadership team and you will have the opportunity to shape the overall People strategy for this truly global company as well as restructuring and re-aligning the global HR function.
- You will also articulate the HR plan to the Executive Leadership team, Shareholders and Board.
- Your responsibility as Global Head of HR will be to determine and provide leadership in developing the HR strategy, in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the Organisation.
- Key areas will include Talent, Succession Planning, Change Management, Organisational & Performance Management, Learning & Development and Compensation
Your responsibilities will include :
- Establishing and implementing an HR offering that effectively communicates and supports the Company's vision and strategic objectives.
- Developing the HR strategy in support if the Company's business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Executive/Senior Management within each Business Unit regarding key organisational and management issues.
- Establish a sound succession plan for management in line with the strategy and objectives of the Company.
- Develop robust and strategic recruiting and retention plans.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans
- Handling Union and negotiations, strategizing IR and HR, employee development including OD interventions, executive development, training & development.
- You should be a change agent with ability to bring about transformation in HR /IR culture, focusing on employee development at all levels
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :
- Global Head of HR & IR with experience of 15-20 Plus Years Experience & should have operated at HR Director level and in an international capacity, with strong experience in International Level & should be good at labour laws & ability to bring about transformation in HR /IR culture, focusing on employee development at all levels.
- You will have aptitude for driving change and performance as well as the ability to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement sophisticated HR programs and initiatives.
- You will also be adept in working with various business leaders, building consensus around HR strategy across diverse regions. It is imperative that you have the ability to quickly build credibility for HR as well as possessing 1st class communication and presentation skills.
- In addition, you must have strong leadership and people development skills in order to build an engaged, highly reputable and forward-thinking HR function.
