The roles and responsibilities for the position include:

- Month End financial analysis and books closing monitoring including Accruals and adjustment entries

- Actively supporting Monthly / Quarterly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting process for one of the Technology Cost groups

- Handling adhoc financial / Head Count queries by Onshore Business Leads / Finance Director & Managers

- Day to day interaction with Business leads to support their Financial and other operational requirements

- Monthly PnL Analysis and reporting Trends / explaining variances

- Establish/ Develop/ Improve strategic relationship with onshore partners & local teams to ensure a seamless operating model in line with the onshore strategy

- Role will include liasing with the Financial Analysis Exco and FD/M's onshore for understanding business needs & drive change initiatives.

- Constantly & proactively evaluating opportunities for enhancement, improvement & synergies across PSC team to improve service performance & delivery.

- Drive for implementation of governance standards on SLA, KPI, CRF, etc.

- Drive offshore & onshore discussions on issues raised relating to governance.

- Ensure regular review of escalated issues/breaches and drive resolution with operational teams

- Preparation of various dashboard, MIS Reports (e.g. product and segment performance packs, etc) for bank reporting

- Managing the assigned tasks professionally & efficiently per agreed service timelines with the onshore stakeholders

- Conduct periodic tests of key controls in accordance with the operational risk policy framework

- Ensuring compliance of regulations, policies & requirements of the countries and reports

- Contributing to the effectiveness of the team by utilizing interpersonal skills to work with various finance and other cross functional members

- Leverage process/domain expertise to identify opportunities for quality & process design improvement

- Raise relevant risks to delivery and effectively communicate them through the BAU governance framework

- Work with other teams to change manage new/ongoing projects/changes and support onshore teams in landing such changes to BAU

- Creative and out of box thinking required to solve problems and achieve milestones

- Continuous improvement in productivity to reporting standards prescribed from time to time

- Upholding the values of the Group & company at all times

- Compliance with all applicable Rules/Regulations and Company & Group policies; and

Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention policy and procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manages
