Role Responsibilities will include:
- The leader is also expected to bring strong business management acumen necessary to grow this business.
- The leader is expected to build a strong delivery and delivery operations layer as well to manage the day to day delivery
- Provide a strong consultative solutioning approach to key bids/pursuits that have a focus towards digital -transformation efforts.
- Create new digital offerings based on thorough industry analysis (industry specific) and ultimately creating a differentiated value proposition for clients.
- Plan future investment opportunities over a 1-2 year horizon to scale Digital Engineering capabilities including any acquisitions in the product engineering space.

Experience:
- Prior demonstrated experience across a mid-to-large sized IT services/Digital engineering focused organization, where the role scope has involved digital practice leadership, delivery, sales enablement and ultimately impacting top line growth.
- Experience managing development of full stack website/front end projects and microservices.
- Experience leading and managing a globally distributed digital team and working with client teams across multiple time zones and cultures (APAC, Americas, EU and Middle East)
- Practical knowledge of Agile and agile-based methodologies.
- Experience in managing large teams and to attract, retain and develop a strong pipeline of digital talent while creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital delivery operations rigor with a disciplined management cadence, hands-on ability to lead complex activities across offerings, contracts, and service delivery.
- Exposure to working in a multi-stakeholder environment, delivering value and managing customer relationships at the highest levels, acting as an advisor and managing client priorities
- Expertise in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners, to articulate and transfer relationship needs/requirements into actionable tasks and outputs.
- Demonstrable experience managing relationships across multiple disciplines, cultures and Business Leaders
- Skill at delivering results and effectively functioning across a variety of market conditions and in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced and often characterized by incomplete information
