Global Manufacturing Head, Manufacturing Country Head, Bangladesh Country HR Head, Business & Operational Head

There are 5 Positions:

1. Global Manufacturing Head - Ability to overlook & control and evolve & improvise our factories in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Jordan and India.

2. Bangladesh Manufacturing Country Head with 7 locations and over 30,000 people, this needs a veteran, but again a young veteran with futuristic ideas vs. the traditional approach we do not want to inherit from another competitor. The unlearning is far more difficult than the learning part of it, as we all know.

3. Bangladesh Country HR Head-hands-on with manufacturing, while being a strategist must be able to look at manufacturing and corporate recruitments in Bangladesh which is our major hub.

4. Business & Operational Head- for our new factory EGMCL 7
