About our Client - Our client is a leader in the healthcare space. With office across the globe, and an employee base of ~15,000, including, supply chain, R&D and commercial operations, they are looking for a Head of C&B to manage India and International compensation and to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Lead Corporate Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide strategic direction basis the overall compensation philosophy of the organization

- Responsible for the overall planning of compensation - Spearhead the Budgeting/ forecasting and ensuring inputs to relevant teams

- Design of relevant compensation programs to ensure optimal budget utilization

- Based on market data, recommend new compensation structures and benefits, that are current, competitive and in compliance with income tax rules and legal requirements

- Analyze and scrutinize compensation & benefits related HR systems, policies and processes to examine areas of improvement, and work toward making them more employee friendly

- Derive trends basis Salary Survey through specified consultants

- Also Participating in job match meetings.

- Responsible for harmonization of benefits across organization, globally.

- Manpower budgeting - Anchor global manpower budgeting and Tracking. Track amendments.

- HR MIS / Dashboards - Track Global HR MIS to ensure adherence to divisional targets and also forecast the HR trends and partner with HRBPs

- Overseeing global Policies/benefits and make recommendations basis market trends

The Successful Candidate - We are looking to hire candidates with 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in global C&B. Exposure to managing international compensation and benefits with exposure to at least 5 countries (non India) is required for this role.
