Job Description: Reporting into the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide expertise around assigned global Benchmarking process, operations and interpretation of global process metrics

- Ensure process performance meets critical business requirements, Group principles and governance

- Optimize Benchmarking global process through continuous improvement projects

- Communicate benchmarking process standards broadly and on an on-going basis to stakeholders; provide related metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness

- Act as the subject matter expert for any questions related to the Benchmarking process

- Provide direction and approval on matches exceptions in line with governance; track exceptions for reporting and management on global basis

- Ensure Group C&B and Global C&B division Leads' requirements are met for assigned benchmarking process

- Coordinate with other Compensation process leads to ensure global integration and consistency

- Ensure feedback is sought from HR business partners and the business at the end of each process cycle and lessons learned get implemented

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 12-18 years of experience with a combination in C&B in a consulting and Internal role.

- Exposure to global benchmarking is required. Ability and the experience of working with global stakeholders is required for this role.
