Global Head - Business Development - Dyes & Pigments

- The person has to be from the Dyes, Pigments & Masterbatches industry only. He/she will be the Sales and Marketing Lead for ensuring the targeted revenues from International Markets along with a good share of business & multifold growth with existing global customers through sales of existing and new products.

- Develop new strategies for growth in existing and new global markets.

- Develop the required channel for ensuring that the global markets are developed and catered to.

- Work with agents/ distributors to manage existing customers and markets and develop new ones.

- Develop and manage key global customer accounts.

- Identify new products to be developed aligned to company goals for catering to existing and new applications.

- Do competitive and market intelligence to ensure the company stays competitive.
