Job Description:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities globally, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Lead the RFP process, including strategy development, proposal writing, and presentation delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
Marketing and Sales Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including the company website and presentation decks.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of business development and marketing efforts.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Travel:
- Travel globally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
- Manage travel arrangements and ensure expenses are within the allocated budget.
Performance and Targets:
- Set and achieve annual sales targets, with a minimum of 70% target achievement required for the variable component of the salary.
- Regularly report on business development activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
