Role Objective :
- The CRM practice lead will have strong understanding of Business Process and diverse Technologies having led a large CRM practice. He/She would manage multiple responsibilities including a strategist,practice leader, operations, peoples leader, delivery and a Presales expert. The incumbent should have managed most of these roles as part of his/her career in right measure before growing into a practice lead.
- The CRM practice head would be responsible for driving the firm's global CRM business and growth across global markets and be a P&L leader.
Key Competencies :
- Overall experience of over 15+ years with relevant experience in CRM
- Demonstrated experience of having managed a large CRM practice and globally distributed teams
- Excellent understanding of services operations and client methodologies, process management and formulation of policies, programs, plans and systems to meet commitments
- Demonstrated success of business development, pipeline management and success in influencing additional pull through business
- Demonstrated experience in the contribution to practice development efforts such as solution development, training development, etc.
