Global Finance Controller

- Our client is a Global Consumer MNC based Navi Mumbai.

- We are hiring for a Global Finance Controller for Supply Chain Function.

- This position reports into Head Office based Europe. This is an Individual Contributor role.

- Position requires to deal with Global Business Stakeholders.

Work Experience - 8 Yrs+

Salary - Best in the Industry.

Desire Work Experience - Candidates who have experience into handling Global Stakeholders is preferred.

Job Profile :

- Business Partnering with supply chain team - Work closely with supply chain team to ensure right cost is charged by supplier.

- Long Range Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS and financial reporting, revenue and expense forecasting, Operational & Financial metrics analysis and reporting.

- Closely working with senior stakeholders from Supply Chain function with various clusters (Worldwide) and support them with analysis for decision making.

- Providing visibility on realization gap, budget, material analysis, value addition realization and gross contribution.

- Responsible for creating visibility on material cost spend, 3 month rolling forecasting for material cost, keeping track on procurement savings and benchmarking cost with competitors, improvement, keeping track on spend, cash flow planning.

- Steering, planning, and reporting of material prices and analysis of trends and category spends to give detailed insights to the Top Management on reasons for price developments and expected price changes in the short & medium term.

- Review and finalize the Business case for Overheads and Supply chain.

- Build KPIs for business and projects, to measure the indirect benefits and measure the health of the business.

- Developments of business case studies and prepare detailed deal analysis reports for the management.

- Preparation of rate cards for different skill sets for different types of scenarios and presenting to clients.
