- You need to come armed with 15+ years of quality experience in developing and executing a global digital strategy that ensures sustained growth.
- Partnering closely with the CEO, you would oversee the strategic road mapping, enhance the strategic direction for increased online presence in different geographies, work on engaging partnerships that bring in innovation, ensuring that the mojo of the brand and its consistency is reflected across markets.
- Owning the short and long term strategy for digital marketing and e-commerce, you would drive the overall digital commerce growth.
- Ability to work with remote teams, cross collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that impactful conclusions are reached.
- Identifying gaps and opportunities, you need to be the bridge between various stakeholders.
- Be the thought leader on internal digital marketing,helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward.
- You need to bring to the table preferably an MBA, 10+ years in eCommerce, or Digital, specifically.
- P&L management experience. Proven track record of innovation culture such as that found in consumer tech companies. Strong strategic & analytical thinking. Effectively influence both internal and external business partners.
