Delivery Capability

Should have handled large scale - At least 2500-3000

Mix of engineering and operations. Scale above referes to engineering

Not classic IT services ADM, but more OPD / Large product captive

Past experience of having managed multi location/Cross country teams & centers

Process Capability

Metrics oriented management

Exposure/experience of working in CMMi Level 5 certified ecosystems strong working experience with Agile methodologies

Big Plus if candidate has led the organization towards certification

Communication/Management Capability

Strong organization & planning skills

Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakholders globally across clients, legal, sales, marketing & HR

Good understanding of finance & budgets

Cultural Traits

Go getter - Can do & will do attitude

Humility at the core

Level 5 leadership - Will own challenges and stand in front of team to take brickbats - step away when it comes to bouquets.
