Global Delivery Head - Automobile Engineering Services - IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Reporting : to CEO the main responsibility will be as below

Key Responsibilities :

- P&L for Product Engineering Services

- Meeting Profitable Growth targets

- Keeping service offerings up-to-date (Technology / Manpower / Cost Pyramid)

- Support to sales (Proposal - Technical Content, Specific presentations, Client meetings, Solutioning)

- Responsible for Customer & Employee satisfaction

- Delivery management

Candidate Profile :

Qualification :

- BE / BTech from Top Institutions with min 20+ yrs of experience in Engineering (Preferably worked / working in a Automotive Industry)

Key Requirements :

- Deep exposure to Automotive Engineering

- Ability to handle large teams (1000+)

- Ability to handle complex / end to end product development thru large teams with conflicting interests

- Excellent verbal / non-verbal communication skills paired with good interpersonal skills

- Services orientation (QCD)
