Global Customer Insights & Analytics Leader

Job Profile:

- Responsible for systematically analyzing customer data from the different Business Units to leverage the insights to increase marketing and sales effectiveness for new and existing customers and to improve the customer experience through timely, relevant, and engaging communications.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their operating models and the opportunities that exist through using data to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

- Use the data on customers to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to help cross-functional stakeholders better understand our customers and create value

- Leverage diagnostic and advanced statistical analytics techniques to design

- Perform customer segmentation, cohort analyses, and create predictive behavioral models

- Present complex analyses and findings to stakeholders in a simple and intuitive format, with recommendations

- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate problems or to identify opportunities

- Manage multiple customer analytics projects at a time

- Work closely with our tech and data engineering team, providing inputs to support the design and build our customer analytics data infrastructure

- Build strong customer insights and analytics team.

Desired Profile:

- Masters with 8+ years experience in an analytics role, preferably in customer, product, or marketing with a strong focus on planning and leading multiple projects simultaneously and on delivering customer insights and recommendations; 3+ years of team management

- Experience working with SQL and other programming languages (R, Python) to analyze, explore, and mine large data sets to support reporting, dashboard building, and ad-hoc analysis

- Proven experience designing and performing complex data analyses

- Proven experience building compelling and engaging data visualization and presentation

- Ability to present complex information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences

- Strategic understanding - ability to connect data, analytics, and strategic thinking

- Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Big Data

- High competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
