Location :- Mumbai (Sakinaka)

Designation:- Compensation & Benefits

Working Days :- 5 days(2 days WFO And 3 days WFH)

JOB Description :

1. Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the human resources division, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits, labor relations, training and development, organizational development, affirmative action and safety measures.

2. Oversee the day to day administration related activities

3. Act as a HR Business partner making sure, HR strategies are aligned with the organization's overall business deliverables.

4. Develop Skill Matrix and competency mapping, review mechanism and Conduct annual company training needs analysis, formulate annual training plan and budget.

5. Establish procedures and carry out activities necessary to monitor and evaluate effectiveness, sound fiscal management, and adherence to local legal requirements and policies.

6. Initiate regular performance reviews for all employees and develop succession planning at each stage.

7. Establish and administer a performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

8. Counsel, advise and make recommendations to supervisory and managerial personnel on disciplinary actions and grievance process, including drafting of disciplinary documents and grievance responses.

9. Interpret employment laws and policies and provide direction to all departments for compliance with relevant employment law. Lead and participate in labor related matters

10. Create a plan for new employee orientation and training and development to foster positive employee relations and attitude toward company goals.

11. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

12. Implement and administer complete salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization and to attract and retain the best workforce available.

13. Actively participate the CSR initiatives.
