We are currently looking for a Middle Level position in Global Compensation & Benefits role based at Delhi/ NCR.
- Required experience of 4-7 years with full time MBA .
Role involves:
- To support the key deliverables of the Performance & Reward team globally.
- Acts as an expert in all areas of performance and reward. Provides advice on all areas of performance and reward, supporting HR managers, management teams and P&R colleagues.
- Day to day compensation support and guidance for assigned Lines of Business across all geographies. Analyses and makes recommendations with regards to proposed increases to salary and total package for assigned Lines of Business
- Participates in the development of ad-hoc HR policies related to Compensation Benefits
- Assists the India HR Director in the management of all areas of local performance and reward, supporting HR managers and functional management teams in India.
