Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Overseeing the companies remuneration programs (Bonus, Merit, Business Development Incentive plans)
- Review and maintain Career architecture framework
- Managing Salary structure creation and maintenance
- Partner with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders' on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.
- Reviews and recommends changes to compensation policies and procedures. Focuses on process automation for compensation administrative tasks.
- Analyzing results of compensation surveys
