Job Description - Reporting into the Board of Directors and the CEO, you will be responsible for handling business finance function and profitability management. You will also handle entire areas of Finance and Accounts, M&A, taxation, legal, treasury and fund raising, risk and compliances for the group.

The Successful Candidate - You must be:

- CA with at least 18 years of post-qualification experience.

- At least 10 years in an IT Services firm (above 100 Million USD in size)

- Experience of working in the capacity of a CFO or a controller. managing large teams.

- Experience of handling global markets, especially the Americas.
