Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs across Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Research & Development (R&D) departments.

- Design and implement effective training programs to address identified needs.

- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and workshops.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

- Ensure all training initiatives comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) regulations.

- Develop and maintain training records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure training compliance.

- Develop and implement e-learning modules to enhance training accessibility and effectiveness.

- Introduce innovative training methodologies to engage employees and improve knowledge retention.

- Stay updated on the latest training trends and technologies.

- Support the talent acquisition process by developing training programs for new hires.

- Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.

- Oversee administrative functions related to pest control and laundry management.

- Manage vendors related to these functions.

Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in training and development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory training requirements (GMP, GDP).

- Ability to develop and implement training programs that meet regulatory standards.

Learning Culture & Capability Enhancement:

- Ability to drive a strong learning culture within the organization.

- Proven ability to enhance workforce capabilities through effective training initiatives.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
