Job Description
- You would work with different business lines for continuous improvement and change management. You would need to act as internal consultant for the organization and drive process improvement, performance management, product design etc.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA from premier Business School with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Certified trained in Lean and Six Sigma is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience in a consulting environment.
- You should be open to travel internationally.
- Successful track record of leading large cross-border projects ideally with a consulting firm.
Overall Job Purpose
1.The Global Business Transformation (GBT) team acts as an internal operations consultancy/ change management team working with top management across business units globally on major strategic initiatives.
2.The GBT team is a part of the Global Operations team.
3.Consultants in the GBT team are highly mobile and deliver significant end-to-end improvements to key operational and servicing processes using Project Management and Performance Improvement techniques (like lean, six sigma) working with different parts of the GRB.
4.They take ownership in the management and delivery of key aspects of an overall Operational design and ensure effective Change Management throughout the implementation of new and re- engineered processes
