- Experience within a progressive global shared/business services operating model
- Multi-function experience preferred- as example- Procurement, IS, HR, facilities, marketing
- Experience building internal shared services that delivered global services
- Strong Executive influencing, Leadership and communication skills
- Strong Finance and Operations background
- Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma skills
- Very organized and thorough in execution, Strong process and service orientation
- Local experience building and managing a shared service center including a complete understanding of employee engagement and facilities needs
- Willingness to travel internationally
- 10-12 years in business with specialization in finance and operations within a Global MNC Organization
- CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
