Essential Functions of the Job:

Prepare the Regional Activation Packs for the implementation of CoE:

- Headcount analysis

- Cost model

- Regional org chart

- COE value proposition / benefits statements

- Job descriptions

- KPIs & key milestones

- Intake process

Support the preparation of Leadership briefing material for Area BD Leader updates

- Support the strategic roll out of CE/CoE learning and development tools and solutions

- Coordinate with CoE Enablement Centre for regular BD reporting for Global Executive Pipeline meetings

- Coordinate with CoE Enablement Centre for regular BD reporting and presentations for Area Management/Leadership meetings (e.g., Area Operating Executive, Area Markets Leadership team, Global Partner Group meetings etc.)

- Provide Regional activation PMO support - Work closely with AALs to build an understanding about the regions, their business priorities, issues/challenges and collaborate with the CoE Function leaders to facilitate on boarding of function capabilities by the regions

- Monitor, track and report on the progress being made by the Regional implementation teams, working in conjunction with BD Strategy Program Management team

Support AALs with intake requests and the related triage and responses -

- Understand the stakeholders- requirement

- Identify relevant teams who can support the request

- Facilitate the connection and coordinate the final delivery

- Track and report the requests received for further analysis and decision making

- Support AALs for all client questions/challenges/issues and involved in closing the loop between CoE Functional delivery leaders and the end customers

- Provide support towards on boarding new stakeholders to the CoE model - influence and educate Region customers on possible support and models, share best practices

- Ability to analyze and report on data obtained from multiple sources and to make recommendations to the leadership - highlighting impact / change; drawing subtle inferences and telling an impactful story based on available data (qualitative and quantitative)

- Liaison between CoE customers and the CoE Function Delivery teams, promoting cross-functional efficiencies and synergies with the Area/Region teams

- Foster, develop and build high-impact relationships with business partners, sponsors and internal/external stakeholders by strong understanding of their evolving needs, expectations, perceptions and key business imperatives

Other Requirements

- Suggested work timings: Aligned with each Area Activation Leader (Eastern (GMT-5); GMT; and HKT/AEST (GMT+8))

Job Requirements:

Education

- Post Graduate/Graduate degree

Experience

- Approximately 10-12 years of relevant experience (i.e. Centres of Expertise, Global operating models)

- Analytical skills experience preferable

- Appropriate experience demonstrating above listed knowledge and skills
