Global Business Development Manager
- To expand the clientele base & you are the face of the company and will have the dedication to create, apply and implement an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and on applications dedicated to satisfy customer needs
- Identify markets, customer needs and applications
- Conducting a detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and providing valuable market insights for planning sales & marketing strategies
- Identifying and appointing distributors and training them
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Estimate feasibility on markets regarding local business frameworks and conditions (legal, financial ...) and establish contacts to the local authorities
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives
- Identify prospective customers
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct and negotiate business deals in respect to manufacturing and logistical issues
- To understand customer's need and provide them with the right solutions
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Preparing proposals, proposal submission, order finalization & payment collection
- Prepare sales and maintenance contracts ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and organize after-sales support
- Reporting to and close cooperation with the CEO.
Qualification And Experience:
i. BE & MBA from a Tier 1 Institutes & having experience of 2-4 years in International Market - South East Asia, Europe & Middle East & good sales track record.
ii. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
iii. Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
iv. Ability to build confidence
v. Time management and planning skills
vi. Team, objective and customer oriented, high performance capacity
