Program Manager - Product Management with Global Analytics Chennai
Duties and Responsibilities :
Analysis :
- Determine business and organizational needs, systems and operations requirements, legal/compliance implications
- Collect and document business requirements, conduct requirements reviews and develop subject matter expertise
- Review system documentation for relevance to business requirements
- Participate in end user testing to validate functionality vs. requirement
Project Management :
- Develop and Execute an overall project plan included Planning, Estimation, project plan design, tracking etc. of analytics projects
- Communicate with analytics team members periodically and track project status
- Communicate project status and escalate issues as appropriate
- Support and influence roll-out planning and coordination
- Looked into the Utilization of the resources and plan further action and tasks
- Conduct post-project evaluations
- Coordinate roll-out/launch
- Maintain issues lists and resolve outstanding issues
- Build consensus among project team in support of the development process
Relationship Management :
- Build effective partnerships across the business and technology to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Identify key stakeholders and facilitate resolution of issues related to the product development process
Time Management :
- Responsible for the timely completion of all assigned tasks and deliverables as defined by the project schedule
Candidate Profile :
- 4-year college degree
- Demonstrated experience in complex Program management experience and analytical skills, preferably in the e-commerce/financial services space.
- Experience in software development process preferable.
- Comfort in a data- and metrics-driven environment employing predictive analytics in decision making.
- Understand predictive analytics to the point of being able to look across projects, identify potential redundancies, recommend resource rotations and critically evaluate project timelines and resource utilization
- Overall 8 - 12 years of work experience with 4 - 6 years of relevant PM work experience.
- Be very fluent in Project Management tools such as MS Project or Equivalent
- Strong background with Microsoft Word applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exemplary time-management skills in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated record of outstanding work quality, productivity, and teamwork.
