Job description - Analyst, UX

In this role you will:
- Developing analytics support for Digital marketing and user experience
- Ownership to monitor and optimize website performance metrics
- Optimize the website experience using innovative solutions, statistical analysis & browser testing.
- Develop hypotheses. Run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze the results and recommend the best possible solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, software, compliance, operations) in various projects and convey the requirements clearly.
- Work with web analytics tools - Google analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, Google tag manager.
- Build positive, collaborative working relationships with marketers, designers and developers & the compliance / legal team to create high-quality, high-performing user experiences that are simple and elegant in a business that is complex.
- Manage and participate in on-going customer research/usability studies in order to better understand and apply user behavior, motivations and needs.
- Travel 10% of the time, including some international travel.
Desired Skills and Experience
You could be a fit if you have:
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering from NIT or IIT.
- Strong MySQL knowledge with at least 6 months of working experience in MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving, creative, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional, technical, diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Added advantage if you have:
- Expertise with web analytics tools and user testing.
- Knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.
- Consumer finance experience and / or experience in a highly regulated environment.
- Basic knowledge with web-based technologies; i.e. CSS, HTML.
