Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machinery and infrastructure.

- Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for critical equipment.

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance schedules.

- Manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing training and technical support.

- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and costs while improving operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for parts procurement and technical support.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in maintenance management within the aluminum, automobile, or metal industries.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and technologies.

- Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing setups.
