Global Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Of Project Management Discipline To Drive Initiatives And Projects To Enhance The Financial Accounting Close Of The Company.

- Developing And Implementing Strategies To Conceptualize And Institutionalize A Roadmap For Key Financial Close Centric Initiatives.

- Developing An Overall Governance Framework With Clear Metrics, Scorecards/ Dashboards.

- Analyzing Benchmark Industry Data And For Providing Recommendations For Changes And Improvements To Business Systems And Processes.

- The Applicant Will Be Required To Perform Internal And External Research To Support Transformational Initiatives And Business Case Development.

- The Incumbent Will Be Required To Work Directly With Senior Leadership And Customers.

- The Applicant Will Be Required To Work Closely Across Departments, Teams And Subject Matter Experts To Collect Relevant Information And Drive & Deliver On Goals.

- He/ She Should Possess Good Written And Oral Communication And Presentation Skills

- The Applicant Will Be Required To Work With Significant Amount Of Data. He/ She Will Need To Follow Analytical Rigor And Leverage Data From Multiple Sources To Translate Into Business Relevant Actionable Information And Analytics.

Qualifications:

- CA / CPA/ MBA - Finance With Minimum 6 Years Experience

- Oracle Expertise Is Preferred Especially Across Gl, Consolidations And Reporting Tools.

- High Proficiency In Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Is A Requirement. Microsoft Access Proficiency Is A Plus.

- Exposure In Project Management Is Preferred

- Excellent Problem Solving Skills - Ability To Break Down Complex Problem Into Manageable Steps And Work Through A Creative Solution

- Transformational Approach To Process Efficiency And Effectiveness.

- Relentless Attention To Detail
