Global Account Manager:
- Working on enablement management, escalation management & strategic initiatives for multiple global partner.
- Account reviews (Service Delivery Review & Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Proactive monitoring of account activities.
- Risks mitigation & Service improvement.
- Helping partner in service delivery improvement & transformation.
- Negotiating and resolving contract issues/disputes, as appropriate; providing recommendations and solutions to business leadership for resolution
- Proactively assessing critical contract obligations, gaps and risk areas and working with the account team to determine effective mitigation plans.
- Proficient in Infrastructure Support Services, Onsite & offshore Service delivery model, customer relationship management and handling escalation.
- Acting as the single point of contact for contract issues related to large, complex IT outsourcing services contracts, with the ability to identify, provide recommendations, and resolve complex contract and commercial issues
