1. Conceptualizing , developing and managing the global framework for capability development.

2. Partner the Senior functional team globally and regionally to define a road map for functional capability development : Sales Transformation, Marketing Capability, Finance Transformation, Operational Excellence and GIS Capability

3. Custodian of organisation culture and enabler of directional themes

4. Implement an effective and robust 360 plan to identify leadership gaps and work towards building right action plans

5. Anchor Org Resource Review - the global talent and succession planning framework

6. Drive the execution of global development themes

7. Partner with regional HR teams to drive global consistency in approach .

8. Support the Regional HR team in various employee engagement initiatives"
