Position Summary

- To drive the learning need diagnosis, design appropriate solutions, identify the appropriate learning methodology for a function/ business/ location. This role is responsible for delivering all learning/ OD needs & projects for the respective relationship.

Job Responsibilities

- Engage with the respective SBU, Head and their Leadership Teams to diagnose & identify training needs in coordination with business HR.

- Conceive & design learning interventions to address specific needs.

- Oversee nomination process, logistics & administration for training programs.

- Facilitate training programs. Eg: Behavioral, Managerial & Development Centers.

- Mapping behavioral and technical programs to specific roles, Programs based on the learning architecture rolled out as per the calendar.

- Evaluate post training effectiveness and implement necessary changes in the program design. Also ensure continuous work with participants to drive behavior change.

- Drive optimal usage of various learning delivery platforms in the relationship.

- Drive training metrics for the respective SBU.

- Research best learning practices across industries periodically.

- Responsible for L&D improvement projects.

Desired Candidate

- Post graduation with specialization in HR/Psychology/ L&D

- 8 + years of relevant training experience.

- Ability to do training need analysis, design & deliver programs, post training evaluation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
