The role will be responsible for:


- Creating and executing the group level Talent Management and Development strategy including key processes like talent identification, deployment and development to enable business strategy and growth targets.


- This includes building an integrated talent management system through allied processes and metrics like build buy ratios, critical roles identification and fulfilment, succession readiness and developmental programs to create a robust talent pipeline aimed at business sustainability and long term success.

- Responsible for the Global Talent Management portfolio focused on delivering business results and growth.


This involves following processes and initiatives:


- Create and execute Talent management strategy framework encompassing key processes of talent identification, critical roles inventory and mapping, talent development programs, policy & guidelines at organization level

- Drive succession planning to support the business objectives through tracking and facilitation of build vs buy decisions, actioning & monitoring of talent in managerial and leadership grades and supporting the process of IDP creation.

- Consulting and designing personalized or cohort based interventions to support talent development through building networks with people centric organisations, management institutes and consulting organisations.

- Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management processes through market research and other relevant benchmarks.

- Provide strategic guidance and consulting support on talent related matters to Business HR

- Responsible for effective upkeep of the Talent pool database, Critical roles inventory, Build Buy plans and Succession management.

- Reporting and analytics around key talent management processes including tracking of budgets, negotiations & execution of contracts with external partners.
