Glenmark Pharma - Senior Manager - Human Resources - Performance Management
- The Global Performance Management Center of Excellence (CoE) is focused on creating, evolving and managing a system for the entire organization to deliver high performance and outcomes for both organization and employees.
The incumbent that leads this CoE will be responsible for :
- Ownership of Performance Management for the entire company ; i.e. Corporate, Commercial, Manufacturing and R&D areas, across all geographies spanning 14,000+ employees
- Partnering with Business HR on quality of goal setting and compliance to norms, for individuals across the organization
- Driving continuous performance conversations, peer feedback initiatives and individual development plans in partnership with Business HR, across the organization
- Designing and implementing year on year evolution of the performance management system at Glenmark, process and supporting technology
- Leading capability building, along with engagement initiatives around performance management for HR partners, Managers and Employees
- Partnering with HR partners on key performance management initiatives and day to day BAU activities
- Reporting and analytics around performance management for key stakeholders
- Ownership of the year end performance appraisal for the organization
- Identify and drive new initiatives in PMS in line with HR Strategy
- Migration of PMS and related processes to HRMS system
Education : Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience/ Skills/ Competencies (preferred) :
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Performance Management CoE or at least 3 years of HR partnering role
- Knowledge of full-scale PMS cycle, especially goal setting, year-end evaluations and performance calibration
- Knowledge of Individual Development Plans, 360-degree feedback
- Knowledge of evolving PMS trends and best practices
- Knowledge of HRMS System
- Ability to sift large amounts of data to identify the trends and provide relevant insights through data analytics
- Ability to apply critical and independent thinking
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
