Job Description:

- Manage & facilitate day-to-day activities associated with Drug Development Process.

- Ensure all projects progress as per plan. Highlight project concerns, if any.

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end in the select therapy area.

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects from R&D to commercialization.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Ensure timely filling and Approval of the project with regulatory authorities and assist the Business development teams as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Pharm Graduate

- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

- Direct work experience in project management capacity

- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

- Proficient in project management software
