Learning and Development Strategy : - To lead the development and implementation of the R&amp;D Learning &amp; Development Strategies, Plans and Policies managing implementation against agreed corporate time frames, budget and reporting against agreed performance measures. Special onus on anchoring the functional learning for R&amp;D as well. Learning and Development Programs : - To lead the development and oversee the implementation of a culture of continuous learning and development aligned with the requirements of the Long range plan of R&amp;D. - Lead the LMS transition and implement integrated systems to support learning, objective setting and development planning maximizing the potential of Pinnacle Learning. - Lead the development of effective local learning and development enabling the achievement of objectives and organizational change Performance Management : - Lead the Performance Management process for R&amp;D, delivering against agreed performance measures and project plans over the lifetime of the Strategic Framework; to lead the integration and embedding effective objective setting, high quality performance management cascade of goals and conversations. Talent Management : - Anchor the integrated talent management framework - PINNACLE including completion of phase 2 roll out of the core module and design. Also, lead the integration of Pinnacle know how's with the TA process. - Value based culture - Lead evangelist of "values based culture" led behaviors facilitation in R&amp;D. - Special Projects
