JOB DESCRIPTION | CORPORATE STRATEGY  POSITION SUMMARY  This position helps formulate the strategy at the corporate level through a detailed analysis of the business and market trends. Execute high level strategic initiatives, undertake M&A evaluations and market entry assessments, develop long range business plans and conduct market and business analytics to identify improvement areas.   OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  1. To develop a long range plan for the organization which can help determine the business revenue position for next three years.  2. Regular research activities, capture pertinent insights and evaluate ongoing trends in the market.   3. To evaluate various acquisition opportunities, basis financial and strategic growth, and help in the decision making process.   4. Work on strategic options for existing products and identifying product opportunities.  Education   - MBA from a top-tiered Business School  - Bachelors- degree in Pharmacy/Science/Medicine (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBBS, B.Sc.) or B.E (Chemical/Biotech) is a must  - Must have 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or allied industry  ABOUT GLENMARK  Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is a global,research-driven, integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered at Mumbai, India.
