Roles and Responsibilities
- Workforce budgeting: undertake activities such as workforce budgeting, Cost Analysis & Forecast, HR Operations Budget and cost management & linked analysis.
- MIS & Analytics: Collation of monthly MIS from HR Business Partners, Creation of various monthly MIS for Leadership reviews and performing People Analytics & create dashboard for the BU (as per requirement).
- Performance Management system: act as a central SPOC for PMS activities of the BU and co-ordinate PMS process.
- Annual Compensation Review: responsible for maintaining and providing necessary details for annual compensation review.
- Data Management: maintain employee life-cycle related data including data on organization structure, performance management, compensation, cost, employee movement, joining & separation etc. and regularly undertake data checks.
- Communication: responsible for all internal communication including communication with field force etc.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordination with various stakeholders internally to address any issues related to system or data.
- Managing any data or analytics related Query.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience:
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience, in an organization with progressive people practices and in an industry with competitive talent land scape.
- 2+ years of experience in managing data/ people analytics will be preferred.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Conversant with HRM processes & practices
- Good analytical skills, hands on in using MS-Excel, PowerPoint and other data related tools
- Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced business environment
Leadership / Managerial Attributes
- Good communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills
- Organized, Confident and Self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks & deliver to deadlines
