As Assistant Manager - HR you would be responsible for :
Campus hiring strategy:
- Design/validate/reiterate the Employee Value Proposition (for campus) the Management/Summer Trainee programs.
- Continuous Engagement with the Campuses
- Guest lectures/sponsorship/any other low cost intervention
- Building Glenmark as a Brand on Campus to be the preferred recruiter at the campus
- Work towards readiness of the organisation to groom and nurture the young talent from B-schools
- Create the deck for PPT/AV/hiring methodology
- Create speakers and panel community in the organisation in order to create consistency in hiring quality resources.
MT/ST Program:
- Ensure a structured and thorough On boarding plan is designed to welcome the Management trainees to Glenmark Family
- Design a high quality MT and SI program
- Design stints/Projects to ensure interns learning
- Monitor reviews and course correction wherever necessary
- Design a Career Path of 5 years
- Organise structures PPI/PPO selection process and execute the same flawlessly
- Leverage the technology/online platforms to engage with them
- Coach the project mentors and carry forward the imentor program
Launch and design a young talent engagement program:
- Create a databse of all young Management school graduates
- Create a platform for engagement and learning
Global policies and mobility:
- Support global policies roll out/updation from time to time
- Support mobility i.e. support new hires/employees with the relocation to new geogrohies. Support for work permits, relocation etc
Global HR MIS Support:
- Global functions recruitment MIS
- Support work force planning
