Job Description
- Support overall planning of compensation Budgeting/ forecasting and ensuring inputs to relevant teams.
- Support design of compensation programs to ensure optimal budget utilization.
- Based on market data, recommend new compensation structures and benefits, that are current, competitive and in compliance with income tax rules and legal requirements.
- Analyze and scrutinize compensation & benefits related HR systems, policies and processes to examine areas of improvement, and work toward making them more employee friendly.
- Management of Salary Survey through specified consultants. Also Participating in job match meetings.
- Support harmonization of benefits across organization
- Manpower budgeting Support manpower budgeting and Tracking. Track amendments.
- HR MIS / Dashboards Track Global HR MIS to adhere to divisional targets
- Overseeing global Policies/benefits
- Support HR business partners in C & B related matters.
Desired Candidate
- Post graduate / MBA from reputed B-School.
- High order of analytical ability, and comfort with numbers
- Ability to effectively interface with multiple geographies and cultures
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skill
