JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager - Finance (MIS, Budget )

REPORTS TO: Site Manager - Finance

LOCATION: Sonepat, India

JOB PURPOSE

To prepare Budgets, MIS reporting and analysis, track lost saving plan and other cost saving plan and other financial activities as insurance

DIMENSIONS OF THIS ROLE

- All financial MIS at site- every month around 10-12 reports are circulated within site and at HO level related to OPEX, Costing, Capital etc.

- Insurance cover of Asset base of more than Rs 400 Cr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of Plan / FC1

- Overheads : Coordinate with various Cost Units ( 12 Cost units )

- Review Overheads

- Coordinate Capital Budget and Depreciation Budget

- Preparation of FC2 Presentation

- Submission of Plan / FC1 Dashboards

MIS Reporting

- Monthly Dashboards

- Preparation of monthly KPI's

- Robust MIS - Department wise Overheads, Utility Expense Tracking, RM usage Variance

- Money Maps

- Track cost savings plan financially

Insurance Activities

- Coordinate with Insurance surveyor for assessing Claims

- Ensure speedy recovery of claims.

Other Responsibilities

- Support internal, statutory & taxation audits of the site.

- Analyse various - What If- scenarios for the site to facilitate Management Decision Making

- Ensuring accounting for DOB and related payments

- Support Monthly Closing.

- Participate in OE Council Meetings and contribute towards new ideas.

Compliance to EHS/ QMS Standards as per standards applicable for site

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:

Education:

Chartered Accountant

Experience;

7 to 9 years of relevant experience.

- Income Tax law

- GSK Financial rules and policies

Technical Skills

- Operation of JDE

- Accounting & costing skills
