We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial leader, who brings both business acumen and consulting expertise, to come, lead &amp; build our Institutional Giving and deliver on it for massive scale in India. We believe that India needs institutional giving at significant scale and with far better overall outcomes and impact so solve for Indias SDG challenges and investment gap.&nbsp; Based on our experience during Covid Relief Fund work, where we rapidly created opportunities and solutions for mobilizing and effectively deploying hundreds of crores; we believe we have the foundations to be an end to end giving partner for institutions from strategy and design to deployment, compliance and Impact assurance.&nbsp; We also believe that there are significant opportunities to not just drive more effective usage of funds earmarked for the sector but to substantially increase the pie by creating leverage opportunities for additional funds to the sector. We do this already through our collective (multi donor) programs; crowdfunding, workplace giving and fundraiser models and they can be significantly scaled up in an integrated strategy of institutional giving. Responsibilities : - Create and execute on a bold vision which makes GiveIndia the giving partner for Institutions (corporates, foundations, U/HNIs) - Define GiveIndia's overall go to market strategy &amp; execute with regional teams - Build a high-performance team, aligned with the larger purpose of GiveIndia - Execute effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to be hands-on and work with the team whenever needed - Serve as a public champion for our cause and establish our credibility as a platform. Role Requirements : - Someone who has an entrepreneurial experience and is now motivated to leverage that to impact millions of underprivileged lives in India - Strategic in approach with a very high bias for action - A collaborative leader - Strong passion &amp; intent for social impact - Comfortable with a target driven environment, ambitious, and a high performer - Someone with a history of consistently exceeding expectations and steep career growth curve - Strong leadership experience of at least 8+ yrs. In institutional businesses and with an overall experience of 18+yrs (e.g., Partner at Tier-1 consulting firms, CXO, VP level). - Development sector experience for at least 2+ years would be preferable but will not be a deal breaker for exceptional candidates - Someone who has scaled a business unit from the ground up, ideally in recent roles
