With this we have formally launched our Institutional Giving practice to make institutional giving more effective and efficient & to drive better impact at scale Role: You will be an integral part of Business Development in the Institutional Giving practice and would be responsible to explore the sector and maintain an active pipeline of institutions and U/HNI donors to partner with. Right from understanding the causes that appeal to the clients to collaborating with the solutions and partner teams in GiveIndia to create value propositions that are cause aligned to front ending large multi donor and Multi partner program development to getting agreements executed & closing the deal - you will be involved in the entire process of driving growth for the organization Role Responsibilities : - Have experience in creating & selling structured, customised solutions aligned with Client's business goals. A good understanding of the CSR landscape and fundraising is desirable. - Work with potential Corporate clients to understand their CSR goals and design sales pitch/CSR Proposals accordingly to win deals. - Work closely with the Corporate CSR teams/Management to support them in managing their CSR strategies and frameworks - Work closely with GiveIndia NGO team to close downstream NGO partners that would deliver the CSR projects aligned with the Corporate. - Negotiate commercials for managing the CSR projects. Own the responsibility to close all documentation to take partnership live Role Requirements : - want to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society - want to work with one of the best non-profit/startup teams of India - enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and don't mind stretching at work - aggressiveness, should have bias for action - good communication skills, ability to hold conversations, negotiate and convince Senior C-suite stakeholders - comes with a 7-10 yrs of strong sales/business development/partnerships background, from a Tier 1 MBA college
