About the role:

We are looking for a growth professional who can

- Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision makersvia email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn reach outs.

- Do secondary research and identify relevant funders, build intelligence on their priorities and strategies using public information.

- Work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high quality funding proposals.

- Build pitch decks, fundraising collateral (concept notes, solution outlines etc.

- Own fundraising targets.

- Handle day to day fundraising opsdeal database, deal pipeline, collateral repository etc.

- You will be successful if you come with.

- 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a fundraising / growth /sales / B2B relationships and partnerships role.

- A genuine interest to be in the social impact sector (prior exposure to CSR / social impact /NGOs is relevant, but not necessary).

- A growth mindset-willing to hustle, self-motivated, high confidence and risk appetite.

- Top tier communication skillscan make high quality pitches, and can deliver them well.

- Great listening skills.

- Strong academic and professional credentials.

- MBA preferred, but not essential.

- Prior experience in consulting would be great, but not essential.
