6. Quarterly filing of TDS Return.

7. Financial MIS Preparation as suggested by the Company.

8. Revenue and Expenses Variance Analysis.

9. General Ledger and Marketing and Sales .

10. Analyzes past and Current Financial performance data.

11. Basic knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax.

12. Require full knowledge of Taxation

13. Forex knowledge should be there of any foreign accounts
