- Channel strategy for 250+ dealers, 100+ strong team for extended warranty penetration in 15 cities
- Operations Excellence - Continual improvement and standardization of processes, in line with insurance, finance, warranty and classifieds requirements
- Manage 20+ strong team - QC and claims settlement
- Manage vendor for warranty - handle claim escalation
- Process Improvement - Operations planning, setting KPIs, deciding incentive structure, reports
- Business reviews with regional heads to monitor progress against targets and support required
