Job Summary:
This role is critical to maintaining the smooth running of internal business operations and processes related to that, which in turn supports the organization's overall success and long-term viability.
It's a strategic leadership role within the organization. The person will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to oversee various operational functions which should help in driving initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency, productivity, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day internal operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with operational excellence.
- Implement and enforce best practices, standard operating procedures, and policies, payout plans, newsletters, bonus scheme, etc. to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to facilitate seamless coordination and integration of operations.
- Work closely with other senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, prepare reports and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and develop strategies to streamline processes, increase productivity.
- Serve as a representative of the organization, attending meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company's interests and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to internal operations, including issues related to security, compliance, and business continuity.
- Lead the development, and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the organization's database systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BCA, B.Sc- preferred) or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Possess at least 15 years of experience overseeing processes and operations, along with expertise in people management.
- Proven track record of success in progressively responsible roles within operations or process management.
- Good People management, internal/external stakeholder management and supervisory skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and drive results.
- Startup experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to ethical business practices, integrity, and professionalism.
- Fluent and fast in using online productivity tools e.g. MS teams, Outlooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.-
