Job Title: Assistant Manager HRBP

Experience - 6 to 7 years

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Manager - HR

Job Role: This position shall be responsible for:

Providing and managing end to end HR service delivery to the internal customers by proactively partnering with lab managers and Supervisors.

Understanding business requirements, and implementing HR services, policies, and processes

Attract, motivate, develop, and retain talent for the lab functions with the support of the COEs or other HR functions.

The role holder is also responsible for acting as a link between HR and the business.

Essential Duties:

Serves as a subject matter expert or consultant to Lab employees on HR related issues and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.

Consults and collaborates with Lab Managers to work on solutions in areas such as Performance Management, Supervisor capability building and change management

Be the Eyes & Ear to capture Lab employee Pulse through Meaningful Engagement

Works on solution for resolving business challenges using sound HR practices.

Works on developing business acumen by participating in Lab meetings; job shadowing; and staying abreast of lab trends

Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

Support Lab Leaders with change management initiatives. Act as employee champion and change agent

Active partner for various HR programs, wellness initiatives, employee engagement events

Lead continuous performance management initiatives

Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs/IDPs.

Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.

Enhance the productivity of the workforce

Manage and support Supervisors to manage work floor discipline by guiding employee behavior and Employee Conflict resolution

Provides guidance on HR Policies & Procedures

Conduct frequent Employee & Supervisor Connect sessions

Implement and execute the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

Responsible for the orientation of New Supervisor/Manager

Manage IDP (Individual Development plan)

Drive employee engagement initiatives

Talent retention and attrition management related initiatives

Management of Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Surveys and work on timely completion of ESS action points

Miscellaneous projects and task as per business requirement

Support to the L&OD team for Lab Projects

Ensuring that all policies and procedures established under the Laboratory's

Management System (LMS) are acknowledged and implemented at all levels of the department in alignment with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.

Qualification: Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human resources or related fields

Work Experience

- Minimum of 6-7 years' experience in HR Business Partnering role

Description of Knowledge

Success Factors: - Preferred knowledge of all HR business partnering activities.

- Working knowledge of MS Office
