Job Description:

- Accentuate Brand visibility with pertinent Marketing initiatives

- Formulate and execute a strategic plan to aggressively drive Get My Peon's growth

- Drive Brand awareness and usage by developing and implementing an effective marketing plan

- Create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, online/offline events, email, online marketing/advertising, targeted physical marketing, co-Marketing with partners, etc.

- Define a definitive strategy backed up by facts and figures

- Conduct necessary research and data analysis to use compelling and comprehensive data to drive innovation and measure performance of initiatives/programs

- Ideate plans and translate them into initiatives

Skills:

- Robust leadership skills, with a business orientation

- An agile implementer

- Passionate about Marketing and adept at initiating, negotiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships and/or co-marketing arrangements

- Excellent interpersonal skills and influencing communication skills

- Out-of-the-box thinker packed with a go-getter attitude
