About the job:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct and indirect sales channels in key accounts
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with factory generating new business.
- Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- Prepare business plans for all current and opportunity business.
- KAM will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Develop new business within the existing customer portfolio, specifically focusing on major key accounts.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts & projects.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Overall tender management in assigned accounts
