Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad at GetFive.

- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.

- Your goal is to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and supports our organizational growth.

Qualifications:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Screen and interview candidates to identify suitable individuals for open positions.

- Conduct reference checks and background verification.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Policies and Procedures:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.

- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management systems.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.

Training and Development:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Coordinate external training opportunities as needed.

- Track employee training and development progress.
