By combining the benefits of online and the human touch of a world-class professional services company, GDH aims to match household help needs to near perfection.  Essential Functional Responsibilities:  - Accomplishes business objectives by Planning and Managing branch setup, operations, staff, business growth, financials and brand building.   - Establishes city operations for the startup phase with a long term view and optimization of cost.   - Achieve strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.   - Achieve quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.   - Balancing demand and supply so as to achieve network effect & brand building.   - Managing customer demand by operating Customer Contact center with high operating standards to achieve productivity metrics.   - Developing attached vendors by attracting, enrolling, training, coaching, supporting to help them perform to set standards and evaluating them to benchmarked performance management system.   - Representing the brand to external stakeholders and reputation management.   - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.   - Revenue & commission collection, vendor accounts receivable and bad debts within targets.   - Structuring and selecting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.   - Motivating and retaining staff to perform and achieve operational excellence.   - Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.  - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed   Qualifications/ Requirements:  - A post graduate from a reputed Institution with more than 10 years of relevant work experience in B2C roles and at least 3 years of handling independent charge of departments or functions.  - Should have Prior experience at handling different teams and employees.  - Thinking on the go, Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Quality Management, Results Driven, Data Driven/Analytics, Developing Budgets, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback   - Possess excellent oral & verbal communication skills  - Positive attitude, team player.  - Open to travel (upto 50%) within the State of deployment  - Self-starter with demonstrated high level of motivation, and ability to work well independently.  - Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to work independently.  - Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.  - Ability to handle tight deadlines.
